Improved tornado terrain movement; tornadoes should no longer bob up and down constantly to match terrain height perfectly
Tornadoes now have a small chance to revive themselves after entering their dissipation phase
Improved CPU performance for Stage 2 and Stage 3 tornado destruction
Fixed some minor Drowned pathfinding bugs
Added config option for adjusting tornado detector range (be sure to re-generate the config file!)
