[Vic's Point Blank] MCR Horizon's Lord

This is a Vic's Point Blank content pack that adds an anti material rifle known as the MCR Horizon's Lord.

For other content pack creators wanting to make attachments work with this, the rifle only supports rifle muzzles and sniper scopes (rf_muzzle/rf_suppressors & snipers_sights attachment groups)
