Spell Enchants Expanded - Fix for the RPG Enchants

• Fixed Deathchill armor not taking Soulfrost
• Removed Sunfire & Soulfrost from Ranger armors as it was deemed too strong

• Fully redone all Tags
• Tags now replace the existing ones

Make sure to set "allow_stacking" to true in the spell_power\enchantments.json
