Added two new commands that toggle their respective boss themes on and off

• /trigger bmm.wither_theme.toggle to toggle the Wither's boss theme
• /trigger bmm.ender_dragon_theme.toggle to toggle the Ender Dragon's boss theme

• Patched a bug where Minecraft's default background music plays during the middle of boss fights. • The Wither and Ender Dragon's themes are now adjustable/togglable via the jukebox/note blocks slider in the options menu

• Reduced the volume of the Wither and Ender Dragon's themes
