Cobblemon [April Fool's]

Cobblemon Balance Update 1.4.1.1 (April 1st, 2024)

• Many of our machine recipes have been rebalanced and made more expensive to accommodate for their usefulness;

  • The PC now requires Tinted Glass, 2 Iron Blocks, 2 Quartz Blocks, 2 Lightning Rods, a Comparator, and a Link Cable to craft.
  • The Pasture now requires an Observer, Logs, and Haybales instead of a Hopper, Planks, and Wheat.
  • The Healing Machine now requires 2 Copper Blocks, 2 Iron Blocks, 2 End Crystals, a Diamond Block, a Nether Star, and a Full Restore.

• Many of our items have been far too broken to continue to be allowed to be crafted or found in the overworld, as such, the following changes have been made;

  • All Held and Evolution items are no longer craftable.
  • All Cobblemon Items have been removed from Overworld chests.
  • All Held and Evolution Items can now only be obtained as loot in End City chests.
  • Vitamin and X-Items have had their recipes removed, as being able to craft them was too powerful.
  • The Exp Share can still be crafted, but it now requires one of each Froglight variant, a Netherite Helmet, 2 Sculk Catalysts, and 2 End Rods.
  • The Link Cable is the only other item still craftable, but it now requires 2 Prismarine Crystals, 2 Spire Armor Trims, and a Blaze Rod.

• Agricultural items have had their prices increased;

  • A single Mulch Base now requires a Bone Meal, a Stick, 2 Rotten Flesh, a Dirt block, a Heal Powder, and 3 Paper.
  • All Mulches now require 8 of their respective item to craft a single Mulch.
  • Remedy items now take double the amount to craft compared to their previous recipes. Amount yielded is still one.
  • Vivichoke Dip now requires 3 Vivichokes.
  • Berry Juice now requires 4 of any Berry.
  • Revives now require 3 Heal Powder.

• All Poké Balls now require 6 Apricorns, 1 Button, and 2 of their Ingot Material to craft 1.

• Added the Plastic Muncher.

• Big Roots and Energy Roots must now be harvested with Shears.

• Any non-Pokémon Canon recipes or mechanics have been removed;

  • Apricorns can no longer be smelted into dye or crafted into bowls.
  • Black Augurite can no longer be crafted into obsidian or a stone axe.
  • Medicinal Leeks & Pep-Up Flowers can no longer be turned into dye.
  • Potions, Super Potions, and Hyper Potions now restore the canon amount of HP.
  • All Remedies now lower friendship by 10 points, as was written.

• Ditto has been changed to reflect it's true transformative nature;

  • Ditto can now spawn in any biome in any dimension under any conditions between the levels of 1 and 100.
  • Ditto now has a chance to drop any Vitamin, X-Item, or Exp Candy.
