Better Caps support for SpaceworldMons:

• The Gorochu from their mod will now also have better caps!
• It is fully optional (not a hard dependency) so if you don't have SpaceworldMons installed - the addon will continue to function without any issues

Miscellaneous & Backend Code:

• Renamed the Alolan Raichu resolver for consistency between names

• Added an obtainment method for the Let's Go Starter Pikachu

• This requires the addon to now also be installed as a datapack!
