Hotfix adding Courpup spawns
Adds:
- Neonite, the pre-evolution of Necrozma
- Karfoal, the pre-evolution of Keldeo
- Courpup, the pre-evolution of Zacian and Zamazenta
Added Remodels for Latot and Raygul.
Changes
- Nerfed Giragrubs and Temgas spawn chance.
- fixed Kaidons typing so its now electric like Miraidon
- changed latots evolution method to friendship. (evolution depends on gender)
