What is Modern Beta?
Modern Beta is a recreation of Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 from 2011 in modern Minecraft for both Java and Bedrock Edition! We are utilizing resourcepack, datapack, and server side plugins, creating the easiest way to experience Beta, no third party launchers or mods required! Beta 1.7.3 is widely recognized as the "Golden Age" version of the game due to its simplicity, charm, and lack of "forced goals," so the only goals are the ones made by yourself and your friends.
Our mission is to create a vanilla 2011 Minecraft server experience where you can trust who you play with. We ✨ ourselves on not using any land claims or locked chests in favor of manual moderation via Discord tickets, action data logging, and rollback tools because we would rather find and remove the bad actors to create and maintain our wonderful community.
