Added red highlight when spear is ready to pierce. Added totem activation animation and UI sprites. Variants CIT & Pôlytone are no longer required. Removed polytone´s lighting for more compatibility with sodium. Removed the custom HUD and heart sprites. Removed the elytra wing texture due to controversy in the design. Added shield delay indicator (not affected by lag)
