Classic's Dye Tweaks

Initial release!

Changelog:

• Adds new dye textures, based on the new textures introduced in Bedrock Beta 1.21.110.20
• Removes the palette strip from the bottom of those textures
• Backports the new textures to Java Edition 1.20.2 - 1.21.8

Compatibility:

• Minecraft Java 1.20.2 - 1.21.8
