✨ New Features

• Per-warp cooldown: Each warp can now have its own cooldown timer. Configure it with /xsetwarp setwarpcooldown <name> <seconds>.
• Global cooldown: Added a global cooldown that applies to all warps.
• Import & export warps: Save your warps to a file and load them on another server using /xsetwarp export and /xsetwarp import.
• Import from other plugins: Bring your warps from Essentials or CMI automatically with /xsetwarp import essentials or /xsetwarp import cmi.
• Per-warp permissions: Assign individual permissions to each warp to control who can use them.
• Bypass cooldown permission: Admins can skip all cooldowns with the xsetwarps.bypass-cooldown permission.
• Language command: Change the plugin language in-game with /xsetwarp locate <language>.
• Skull texture support: Custom head textures now work on all server versions (Spigot 1.8.8+ and Paper) using the XSkull API.
• Improved and clearer config.yml comments.

• Fixed teleport delay not cancelling when the player moved.
