[!] Small resourcepack change for Minecraft 26.1 - Please replace the files, if you are not using the internal webserver option!

Added support for Minecraft 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2
Added UniverseSpigot to compatibility list
Added new config option: webserver.addr
This can be useful if the client doesn't know the real domain (For example the server is behind a ddos proxy)
You will now get a console warning when an untested server version is detected

~ Reworked command implementations - This allows improved command tab completions
~ The resourcepack has been improved, smaller size yay!
~ The same plugin file can now be used for spigot and paper again
~ Re-enabled older Paper versions
