This release includes 1.21.5 support and fixes several bugs

1.21.5 support
SQL commands are now processed correctly
Hex colors are now handled correctly in menus
Fixed several cosmetics bugs:
- Redstone helix and note color effects now work properly
- Spider and slime mounts can now be controller properly
- Ethereal pearl and explosive sheep now work as intended
Suits menu now shows correct number of pages
Fixed an error message that would appear on boot on Paper versions 1.19.4 or older
