Added support for up to 26.1.x, this is hopefully the final version that specifically needs to add support for new versions due to obfuscation being removed.
Fixed the joined town date in the town resident overview always being your own instead of the resident's.
Fixed an issue where English translations registered by other plugins were being overwritten when the Towny config is reloaded.
