New /tm ban <player> and /tm unban <player> commands for direct ban management.
New /tm banlist [page] command to view and manage banned players.
Paginated views for /tm whitelist list and /tm banlist (10 items per page).
Interactive chat UI updates:
- Clicking Kick/Ban/Remove/Unban now automatically refreshes the list view.
- Added navigation buttons (Prev/Next) for multi-page lists.
Filtered banned players from the whitelist view.
