Multiple Team Homes: Teams can now set multiple homes, with a configurable limit (defaulting to 3).
New Home Command:
- /team delhome <name>: Deletes a named home.
Updated Team Info: The team info screen now displays the number of set homes and their names.

Updated Permissions:
- /team sethome and /team delhome can now be used by both team owners and officers.
- /team home can be used by any member of the team.
Updated Help Command: The help command now reflects the new home commands and their updated permissions.
