Built stronger. Enforced better. Here's what changed:

Now it automatically copies the README.txt to the plugin folder.
When an OP joins after updating or installing the plugin, they see a message with the plugin version.
We're saving the last shown version in a file called version.dat.
Moved the version message code into its own listener class.
Small code cleanup.
