37444cf - New config, some fixes

Added a few configurations:
- items_drop_when_broken -> uhh... isn't it clear? items drop when the chest is broken by a player
- items_drop_when_exploded -> I'm sorry if im disrespectful, but COMMON SENSE, PLEASE
- name_on_chest -> do you want the chest to display who's its creator?
And bug fixes (HOW DID I MISS THESE????)
- Chest should now properly appear when died in the void/world downwards limit
- interaction with deathchest has to be with a chest...
