German (Deutsch/Deutschland) "de" has been added!

HOW DID 1200 PEOPLE DOWNLOAD A VERSION THAT WAS WAY TOO NOT READY!?!??!??
- 1.5.3 had many errors in translation of time (that's on me)
- and also had some very uhh... not-supposed-to-be-there logs (that's on me too)
