Config version control;

Added ViaVersion support for client version verification to fix string limits in older client versions and line separator between prefix and suffix;

Fixed bugs in messages from file, player enter register and string limitation in older versions;

Added Animations.yml file and default alternative for placeholders;

Started implemention of animated line support (not yet tested);

Implemented line separator into '::' and ':'.
