Here are the summary of changes for the upcoming release:

🔍 Player Lookup:
- Removed the name fallback to Bukkit#getOfflinePlayer(String) in PlayerLookup.resolveOfflinePlayer(...). This prevents non-existent player names from being resolved as forged offline accounts.
🛡️ Permission Handling:
- Adjusted EcoCommand permission checks:
  - give, take, set, freeze, unfreeze, and deductfrozen now require their own independent permission nodes.
  - setrate, refresh, hide, and unhide continue to require meoweco.admin.
