Hardcore Revive Mode

Added:

• applyHeadEffects gamerule to /hardcoreconfig SET command, gives you toggleable access to effects given to the player(s) wearing a dead player's head. It is true by default

Fixed:

• Crash which occurred once updating the mod using an existing config file.
• Minor Server-side Optimizations and Fixes
