Expand AllowPVP to work in all contexts
Add 1.20.4+ support to InfiniteArrows flag
Add newer version support to HealthRegen flag
Fix horses disappearing when when riding into a claim where the rider wasnt allowed.
Fix some fly issues.
Fix actionbar support on newer paper versions.
Remove ChangeBiome flag.
Fix an issue where players with permission to use /listclaimflags in only some contexts still weren't able to use it.
