Border Reduction + Better Aesthetics

Optimized the asynchronous block placements into chunks
Border reduction is now possible!
- I recommend using versions before 26 for accurate timing.
Rewrote the grace period logic
Added Fireworks + Sound Effects
Replaced event messages with titles
Smoother bossbars
Time will always be set to day
Squashed tick event related bugs 🐛

There were issues with the border and the grace period. They should work now. I tested on Spigot 1.21.11 & 26.1.2. If issues arise, please let me know!
