Added config option use-dragon-egg for server owners who do not want vanilla dragon egg to be used for crafting recipes.
Fixed Chaos Guardian not being damaged by arrows or melee if damage is very high. [Tested]
Added failsafe to delay Chaos Guardian initialization if the server fails to spawn it within the given time period.
