Added 1.21.9 and (most likely also) 1.21.10 support. (if you are using paper 1.21.9, you must update it to the latest build for the plugin to work)
Added a delete-empty-vaults setting to the config, (enabled by default) which is meant to delete all vaults which have been emptied from the database, which are currently being loaded for no reason.
Also added a async-item-serializer setting, mainly for testing.
