Added a clicking-outside-open-selector setting which when enabled allows players to go back to the vault selector from vaults by clicking on the outside part of the gui.
Added a vault-selector-blocks setting which can be used to make a certain block type open the vault selector when right clicked.
Fixed that when an offline player's vault was opened twice with a few minutes of delay the vault doesn't exist message was shown.
Fixed that "placed vaults" displayed the vault opened/closed message multiple times.
