Conditional Broadcasting ("God Mode"):
- Added the ability to show messages based on player conditions.
- Support for all (AND), any (OR), and none (NOT) logic blocks.
- Smart Selectors: Native XP level, Total XP, TPS, Weather, Holding Item, Nearby Player Count, and Permissions.
- Full PlaceholderAPI support for custom comparisons (e.g., %vault_eco_balance% < 100).
Scheduling System:
- New system to fire announcements at specific clock times.
- Uses a simple 12-hour format (hh:mm:ss:AM/PM).
- Configurable timezone support (Default: Asia/Kolkata).
Separated Configuration:
- Split announcements into announcement.yml, conditional.yml, and schedule.yml for better organization.
Universal Version Support:
- Support for Minecraft versions from 1.18.x to 26.1.2.
- Added a safe fallback for server-specific methods (like TPS) to prevent crashes on non-Paper servers.
