Fix bug where LLoneBot cannot be used

Add custom command function (i.e. return specific messages by executing certain commands in the QQ group)
Add configuration option whitelist.need_find_to_login to set whether players are required to bind their accounts before entering the server
Added command execution function (allowing specific users to execute commands on the server through specific methods in QQ groups)
