Vanilla Perfected Changelog 1.21.10 Hotfix
Okay, shader water was left in a pretty bad state with the Full Release of 1.21.10, so this hotfix mainly aims to fix that among a few other things!

Water color is now darker blue to mirror that of vanilla Minecraft

Water now has wave animations

Water has a bit lower opacity than before for better visbility

Turned off "Sky Only" water reflections

Removed Fireflies and Failing Leaf particles from generating with the Particular Reforged mod

Updated Drodi's Illagers for better performance

Tweaked Shader saturation and brightness levels
