Total Valkyrien

Update to official Valkyrien Skies 2.3.0-beta.7! This means more fixes, as well as an official jar finally.

However, TIS-VS and VS addition are now custom versions to make them compatible.

• TIS-VS simply has had its dependency version tweaked, and will probably have an official update shortly.

• VS addition has had a Mixin file tweaked. It is currently not super active in development, so an official update may be a while.
