修复了此前投票功能失效、模式冲突等多项关键问题，同时新增快速开始功能，让战士们的战斗更加顺畅。

🗳️ 投票系统 · 全面重构

• 修复投票触发机制，点击选项正式生效
• 修复标题显示语法错误（title / subtitle / playsound）
• 投票成功后显示 「投票成功！」 标题提示
• 未投票玩家在最后10秒收到 专属警告（标题 + 龙吼音效）
• 投票结束后展示 末地烛粒子 + 导管音效 动画
• 结果动画延迟调整为 6秒，确保 subtitle 在模式启动前完全消失

🔧 模式冲突修复

• 修复游戏结束后大厅干员道具被 onetap 模式覆盖的问题
• over.mcfunction 新增全部模式的调度清除，确保各模式独立运行
• 各自为战（FFA）三个地图均添加 清除 onetap 遗留循环 的逻辑
• 修复无人投票时所有模式同时启动的严重 Bug

⚡ 体验优化

• 投票结果 subtitle 显示时间从 6 秒缩短至 3 秒，不再遮挡模式启动画面
• 投票计时器改为 actionbar 显示，更直观

🗳️ Voting System · Complete Overhaul

• Fixed vote trigger mechanism — clicking options now works properly
• Fixed title display syntax errors (title / subtitle / playsound)
• Players now see a "Vote Successful!" title after voting
• Non-voting players receive a personal warning at 10 seconds (title + dragon growl sound)
• Added end rod particles + conduit sound animation when voting ends
• Result animation delay adjusted to 6 seconds so subtitle fully disappears before mode starts

🔧 Mode Conflict Fixes

• Fixed lobby operator items being overwritten by onetap mode after matches
• over.mcfunction now clears all mode schedules to ensure independent operation
• All three FFA maps now include logic to clear leftover onetap loops
• Fixed critical bug where all modes launched simultaneously when no one voted

⚡ Experience Improvements

• Vote result subtitle display shortened from 6s to 3s — no longer blocks mode launch screen
