-Added actual functionality for dreamcatcher. Now dreamcatcher can help you recover to full heath when sleeping nearby. (Test)Consuming a totem can also proliferate your exp.(More info in description).
-Rewrite the placement logic for chime blocks. This may reduce the model collision possibility.
-Fixed the missing up & down state for wall bamboo chime.
-Added tooltips for bamboo chime & dreamcatcher to notify their unique info.
-Refine the language support.
-Changed the file dictionary to match the vanilla assets structure.
-Slightly changed the feather texture for oak dreamcatcher(The original texture is in the built-in texture pack)
