Players are not completely invisible to creakings when wearing a carved white pumpkin
Wearing a carved white pumpkin will now hide your name tag
Chat messages from players wearing carved white pumpkins are obfuscated (crazy random letter switching)
Death messages caused by players wearing carved white pumpkins will obfuscate the weapon item used
