Added -Red Blight is back as a potion effect! less glitchy! -Antibiotics return as a cure! -Looters can now be spored! causing them to spawn redweed spores on death -Indicators on how many items you need to level up your diary

Changed -There's a now a config option to completely disable the spread of red weed -There's now a config option to disable red weed dishes from ticks -Halfed the rate that red weed dishes check blocks
