Prevents double pressing the joystick in a direction to start sprinting while in VR (should fix broken sprinting)

Adds a minimum movement check to prevent faulty sprint activations and ensure that sprint deactivates reliably when stopping

When player is in VR, disabled some of vanilla's mechanisms to stop sprinting such as brushing past blocks and moving in a different direction
Added dynamic speed boost based on arm swing speed (15%->60%, vanilla is 30%)
Made prior system into fallback for when servers do not have the mod

Requires Vivecraft 1.3.3+
