Vorpal Enchantment, a mod that adds an enchantment that makes mob heads drop easier, has been updated to version 3.0.0

Makes all mobs drop heads depending on enchant level
Added worksWithLooting config option to allow Vorpal Enchantment to work with looting, fortune, and silk touch (default off)
