UCC have its first update!

Changelog:

• Added stronger support for item scanner and custom NBT items.

New config feature:

• You can now set a custom amount for the hopper to transfer per configurable amount of ticks.
• Fixed the bug where you cant use the hopper again after destroying.
• Adjusted some messages in lang.yml

Please delete your current config.yml and lang.yml file to have the new features!
