Added off-hand Memory Card support: automatically applies AE2 Memory Card configuration to placed blocks/parts.
Added automatic resource pre-fetching from AE network: blank patterns and upgrade cards are extracted from network when player inventory is insufficient.
Added Mekanism Configuration Card support: automatically applies Mekanism config card settings to placed blocks when held in off-hand.
