Added Sprinklers - preset blocks with sprinkler tags
Added Deluxe Hydrating Fertilizer - Keeps farmland watered forever
Added Garden Pots - can only be manually watered but will grow crop during any season (if Serene Seasons is installed). Does not break crop when not watered and can be upgraded with Hydrating Fertilizer. Includes hanging variants when placed on chains or mod ropes
Added support for Farmer's Delight Rice
Added native random tick cancellation via the tag #dew_drop_farmland_growth:cancel_random_tick. All #minecraft:crops and mod supported crops have this tag.
Changed sprinkler support config to default to true
Fixed crash related to mod support
