• Fixed other setBlockState methods to be consistent with biny

BREAKING CHANGES:

• setBlockStateWithMetadata* methods have been renamed to setBlockState* methods
• The same methods are now following the same pattern as the base setBlockState method from alpha.6, where notifying neighbor blocks is now the default, no-suffix method, and no-notify methods have been renamed to include the *WithoutNotifyingNeighbors suffix
