Now requires Glass Config API

  • Added config option to generate Overworld biomes in Skylands
  • Added 8:1 coordinate scaling between Skylands and the Overworld
  • Use Skylands portal texture for the portal overlay instead of recoloring
  • Made Skylands portal block unbreakable
  • Prevent Skylands portal creation in the Nether
  • Allow portals to generate on terrain instead of only in air
  • Removed unused code
