ShulkerNbtFix

• Fixed mod not working at all (not sure why or how it broke)
• Added automatic stacking of shulkers
• Added configurable stack size of shulkers (overridden by carpet)
• Added a config
• Migrated to a data-driven recipe system

Note: This update does break the recipe in the recipe book, however this is a minor issue and may or may not be fixed in the next release
