Worked with @Dakota✨Modding (who honestly did all the work, they're a legend) and fixed numerous issues found recently;

Fixed recipes that used empty tags
Gave Nutium tools back their stats and buffed them a bit too
Made Ethereal Leaf obtainable again (not even sure how long THAT was broken for)
Ethereal Logs & Wood can now be stripped with an axe
Stripped Ethereal Wood now emits the correct sounds
Raw Piglin, Hoglin, Squid, Glow Squid, and Ribs (from Cows) now actually dropped when killed under the right conditions
Elder guardians are no longer made of guardians and drop their own meat when killed
Fixed all the 0.8.x fuels to smelt and fuel blaze burners the intended amount.
Lethal Lianas and Hazardous Hyphae now actually grow again, are a bit rarer, and don't spawn in giant clumps.
