jfl had to nerf my own mod
- Negative effects slowness and mining fatigue have been nerfed and now start at half part health and max out at level 4
- SplitAll damage distribution will now properly use armor
- Added padding for headshots so it doesnt kill in 2 shots with full netherite
- Negative effects are only ticked in survival
