Questbind

Completely rewrote the backend for future-proofing.

• saves binds for modded inputs even when the mod is removed.
• can rebind everything including UI controls.

• if you manage to soft-lock yourself or want to reset binds, delete the "keybinds.text" file in ".minecraft/openvr/input"
