Create Guardian Beam Defense

Ver. 1.3.3b:

• Turrets now set the target's invulnerability frames to 0 after each attack (allows other turrets to also damage the same target)

  • *Not the same as the "ignore invulnerability frames" setting (for that case each laser damages the target 5 times)

• Fixed Beam Reactor Helmet not being enchantable

• Fixed the turrets not being mineable with a pickaxe

• Fixed the turret targeting option translation strings
