Removed Item Frame optimizations from the previous update as they caused issues, such as incorrect textures being displayed, as well as some crashes.
The Rocket Boots Fuel HUD has once again been moved, this time to the right of the hotbar, out of the way of any pre-existing HUD elements.

This patch should hopefully resolve any crashes that have been occurring with 1.0.2.
