Added config option and support for party-owned claims. Check the main config file for "partyOwnedClaims" to enable and for more info. Requires updating the map mod you are using to support them on the map. For mod developers: you can now get full or default claim names from the claims manager API, which automatically applies party names.
Added a way to switch your claiming mode on the main UI screen, including a new party claiming mode.
Added a new rank CLAIMER to built-in parties, which is below MODERATOR and allows your party members to claim as your party. Other supported party systems don't have such a rank. If you're using FTB Teams, Officer is treated the same as MODERATOR. On Argonauts (Odyssey Allies), any member permission other than TP_MEMBERS enables party-claiming, MANAGE_SETTINGS enables party config editing, MANAGE_MEMBERS enables including players in party's player groups.
Fixed random concurrent modification crashes when sending out messages of any type to party members.
(1.20.4+) Fixed server log spam when player configs are being updated.
