This mod has the following features:

Limit scoreboard queries with the gamerule scoreboardQueryFrequency. Set this value to the number of ticks between queries
Allow automatically adding players to objectives using /objectively <objective> true
Add a criteria type for max health attribute of players

This mod has only been tested on Minecraft 1.21.4, but likely works on older versions as well
